Delivery Timelines

  • Within Pakistan (Ready-to-Wear Collection):
    Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days.
  • International Orders:
    Estimated delivery time is 12–16 working days.

Any alternative delivery timelines will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation. In case of unforeseen delays, customers will be notified promptly.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges, if applicable in your country or region, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Gulposh by Misbah is not liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Can I return the product?

We do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer "Conditional Exchange" if you receive a damaged product.

What if the product color varies?

Product colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting and individual device display settings. Such variations will not be considered a valid reason for exchange.
