Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are applicable only in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • We will assess and resolve such cases promptly, based on the specific circumstances.
  • Exchanges are not offered for personal preference, as all outfits are carefully prepared for our valued customers.
  • An exchange may be considered if the size received does not match the size ordered.

Exchange Conditions

  • Customers must notify our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The outfit must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.
  • The item must be returned to the provided address within 5–7 days of delivery.
  • Requests not meeting these conditions will not be entertained.

Voucher / Store Credit

  • For approved exchanges, an equal-value voucher or discount code may be issued.
  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances (domestic or international orders).
  • Vouchers or discount codes can be redeemed for future purchases at Gulposh by Misbah.

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping or mailing charges related to exchanges (including defective items) will be borne by the customer.

Processing Time

  • Approved exchanges are processed within 10–14 working days after receiving the returned item.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are non-exchangeable.
  • Exchanges for sale items are only considered in cases of size discrepancies or faulty products.

We do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer "Conditional Exchange" if you receive a damaged product.

Product colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting and individual device display settings. Such variations will not be considered a valid reason for exchange.
