COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

• COD orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is strictly not allowed.
• Gulposh by Misbah reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as inventory unavailability or system errors.

Paid Orders – Cancellations

• Paid orders may be cancelled within 24  hours of placement upon customer request.
• After 24   hours, cancellations will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to approval by Gulposh by Misbah.

Important:
Cancellation requests for paid orders must be made using the same email address or contact number provided in the billing or shipping details to ensure proper verification and timely processing.

Refund & Compensation Policy

• As per company policy, Gulposh by Misbah does not offer refunds in any form, including bank transfer or credit/debit card reversals.
• In case of an approved cancellation, a coupon or online store voucher equivalent to the paid amount will be issued.
• The voucher can be redeemed on your next online purchase at Gulposh by Misbah.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Gulposh by Misbah, we take great care in delivering quality products to our customers. However, exchanges are only considered in limited and specific cases, as outlined below:

Exchange Policy

• An exchange will only be considered in rare cases where a defective or incorrect item has been delivered.
• We do not offer exchanges based on personal preferences (such as design, color, or style), as all outfits are prepared exclusively for our valued customers.
• An outfit may be exchanged only if the size received does not match the size ordered.
• Sale items are not exchangeable; however, customers may request an exchange only in case of a size issue.

Exchange Process

• Customers must inform our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The outfit must be returned to our provided address within 2–4days of delivery.
• If the above timelines are not followed, the exchange request will not be entertained.
• All shipping or mailing costs related to the exchange will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Approved exchanges are processed within 14 working days, subject to verification.

Refund & Voucher Policy

• No refunds are offered under any circumstances for both domestic and international orders.
• In case of an approved exchange or return, a voucher or discount code of the same value may be issued.
• The voucher can be used on a future purchase at Gulposh by Misbah.
